Sahara Blue

Sahara Blue is a tribute to the beauty of the Sahara, the incomparable feeling of freedom that the largest dry desert on earth exudes, but also a tribute to the Berbers: the nomadic people who travel through the Sahara with the aim of living in freedom and harmony with nature. The traditional clothing of the Berber population has shaped the expressive coloring of Sahara Blue.

Sahara Blue tells of the magic of the ancient rulers of the desert: the only inhabitants of the deepest region of the Sahara, which seems to be a million kilometers of sand and rock. Here, in the silence of the night, a Targi walks in the moonlight after riding away from his village on horseback. Stopping behind a dune where landmarks seem to disappear, the Targi unties his tagelmust - the long blue veil that covers his head and face - and looks up to the sky to ask the stars about his fate. Torn between his nomadic life and a love that forces him to deny his roots, the voice of the wind gives him the answer: freedom is and has always been the only companion a Targi wants by his side.
